XS CAD is an AEC (architecture, engineering and construction) design and consulting firm focused on design, pre-construction, BIM (Building Information Modelling), VDC (Virtual Design and Construction) and DfMA (Design for Manufacture and Assembly) services for architects, engineers, contractors, manufacturers, retailers and homebuilders.

We provide our customers with design, detailing and documentation stages of construction design projects, using the latest design software and CAD technology to create our output. With almost two decades experience, we have successfully delivered hundreds of projects to customers in the US, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and Europe.  Our support includes involvement in all stages of MEP design, MEP coordination, BIM modelling, architectural drafting and architectural BIM projects for the AEC sector.  We utilise AutoCAD, Revit, and ArchiCAD for CAD and BIM projects; and Dialux, Camel, DesignBuilder and PyroSim amongst others for MEP design projects.

We also utilize a range of online collaboration tools to share our work with customers, ensuring transparency of our output within the context of our customer’s design workflows. We also utilise automation and artificial intelligence technology to improve the quality and efficiency of our work and output.
